Owned by Jo Meyer and KBIS, KBIS Starchaser will now be campaigned by Charlotte Cundall who announced the news on her Facebook page earlier this week. She excitedly told her followers about the new addition to the team, saying: “I am extremely grateful to KBIS British Equestrian Insurance, Alex Colquhoun and Jo Meyer for allowing me to take on the ride on their wonderful horse KBIS Starchaser. Up to now Star has been eventing extremely successfully with Izzy Taylor Eventing but he is now venturing into his new career of Para Dressage. I am hugely excited about the future and cannot express my gratitude enough to all concerned for the amazing opportunity – I only hope we can do you proud.”
Charlotte is a former three star event rider and point to point jockey. After breaking her back twice she is now a Grade IV Para rider competing in Para and Able Bodied Dressage.
On her own Facebook page Izzy Taylor said it was “Lovely to see KBIS Starchaser starting his new career with Charlotte,” and wished them all the best.
