The stage is set for the Saracen Horse Feeds Houghton International incorporating FEI Eventing Nations Cup

Visitors to this year's Saracen Horse Feeds Houghton International, 24th - 27th May, can look forward to an unusual blend of world class sport set against a backdrop of modern art. Houghton Hall currently has a Damien Hirst exhibition of new paintings alongside some of his most celebrated sculptures. The Colour Space paintings have never been shown in public before and are a development of Hirst's iconic Spot Paintings, while the sculptures include Virgin Mother and Anatomy of an Angel. BLYTH TAIT TO DESIGN NOVICE COURSE AT ST JAMES’S PLACE BARBURY

Blyth Tait, one the world’s most respected event riders, will design the novice cross-country track at this year’s St James’s Place Barbury Horse Trials (5-8 July).  The New Zealander, who was the 1996 Olympic champion and world champion in both 1990 and 1998 and who is aiming for selection for this year’s World Equestrian Games, will work alongside Capt Mark Phillips, who has designed Barbury’s cross-country courses since the event’s inception. Hobby Horses line up for Fairfax & Favor Rockingham International Horse Trials 

The organisers of the 2018 Fairfax & Favor Rockingham International, which runs from 18-20 May, are delighted to be working with their chosen charity, Home-Start Corby, at this year's horse trials. Home-Start is one of the UK’s leading family focussed charities, a voluntary organisation offering support to children and families in their local area. Areas that it targets include parental mental health issues, isolation, postnatal illness, bereavement and multiple births. Cooke Coachbuilders Somerford Park National Horse Trials 

It comes as no surprise that entries are high for Somerford Park National Horse Trials, the first of this popular venues three major equestrian events. Record entries at FEI Fairfax & Favor Rockingham International Horse Trials

  In excess of 1,000 entries have been made in the eventing classes for this year's Fairfax & Favor Rockingham International, which runs from 18-20 May. In the region of 700 more are due to compete in the additional classes; Pony Club and Riding Club team showjumping, Arena Eventing and Dubarry Burghley Young Event Horse classes. Eventing entries are not only large they are high class, with riders representing 19 nations from the United States to Russia, Japan to Jamaica. It is, again, a truly international field. Eventing superstars descend on Chatsworth for the  Dodson & Horrell Chatsworth International Horse Trials 11-13 May 2018

Spectators at the Dodson & Horrell Chatsworth International Horse Trials will have the chance to watch many of the world’s top riders in action as the event, held at the spectacular home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, has received a bumper entry. HORSE HEATH HORSE TRIALS 21st – 22nd April 2018

The weather is looking good for the organisers of Horseheath Horse Trials, Cambridgeshire this weekend.  Horseheath Horse Trials, situated on the Thurlow Estate, just four miles west of Haverhill, off the A1307, is expecting over 600 competitors, from across the region, who are coming to compete in classes from BE80 (T) to BE100.     New for 2018, there will be prizes and rosettes for the highest place first-timer in each class.  Additionally the highest place Wobbleberry will receive a video of their round courtesy of Eventful Life with a helpful critique voiceover from Wobbleberry Patron Andrew Hoy. Bicton Arena International Horse Trials Update

I am feeling excited about my tracks at Bicton this month as I have some super new fences to play with, as well as a new ditch complex which the guys have been busy building over the winter months.
