Officials for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo have been appointed.

The Federation Equestre International (FEI) announced today that the officials for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo have been appointed.

Phillip Surl of Great Britain will serve as the Technical Delegate and Neil Mackenzie-Hall (NZL) will serve as Assistant TD.

Eventing’s Chief Steward is Helen Christie (NZL).

Nick Burton, also of Great Britain, is the President of the Ground Jury for eventing, joined by ground jury members Christina

Klingspor (SWE) and Jane Hamlin (USA).

Derek di Grazia, designer of many top events in the United States including the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, is the cross-country course designer.

The president of the Veterinary Commission is Tomohiko Amaya (JPN), serving alongside Emily Sandler (USA) and Alessandro Centinaio (ITA).

The Appeal Committee, FEI Tribunal, Dressage Supervisory Panel, and Limb Sensitivity Veterinarians as well as the Paralympic ITOs will be appointed during the course of the year.
