The first of Northallerton’s British Eventing Fixtures attracted nearly 500 entries, with classes ranging from BE80(T) to BE100. 

It was a successful day for Natasha Burrows who won both BE90 Section A with Midnight Revolution and BE90 Section B with Oreo Dynamite Tancerka. With Midnight Revolution, Natasha had a winning margin of 3.5 penalties finishing on a score of 26.0. Her winning score with Oreo Dynamite Tancerka was 29.3 with both horses producing double clear rounds. 

Morgan Kent took a win at her first affiliated event with Glorialoudine, winning BE90 Section I. Kirsty Cordner also collected her first BE affiliated win at her first event, taking BE90 Section K with Goulane Swatchey Boy. 

Katie Brickman had a busy winter participating in the British Eventing winter series competitions, which included a win in the arena eventing at Epworth. This paid off as she won BE90 Section J with Etasja. Another rider who had a successful winter season was Edward Bradley. With Little Jimmey he collected wins at Jump Training and JAS at Bishop Burton and at Northallerton he won BE100 Section H with a winning score of 27.0.
