French saddle company Voltaire Design has been announced as the new sponsor of the 100cm Eventer Challenge at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials.

The popular Derby-style competition was introduced in 2010 and will once again offer amateur competitors the opportunity to compete at the prestigious event.
Matt Tarrant, Chief Operations officer of Voltaire Design, said: “Voltaire Design are extremely proud to be title sponsors of the 100cm Eventer Challenge. The amateur classes are such an important and popular part of Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials, and Voltaire are proud to be a part of this. We look forward to watching the qualifying rounds over the course of 2016, and the finals at Blenheim will no doubt be a thrilling climax to the competitors’ endeavours throughout the season.”
The arena eventing competition, which comprises cross-country fences and show jumps, takes place on Sunday, 11th September. To qualify, riders must gain six Foundation Points across a minimum of two events at BE100 level.
