Moreton on Sunday 8th March started off very chilly with drizzle and a cold breeze, but it soon warmed up somewhat in the afternoon and the sun eventually burst through the cloud for the BE100 later in the day.
Despite surrounding fields containing quite a lot of standing water the course ground itself was in excellent condition.
The course was looking good after all the effort that has been invested in its redesign and I understand from the best place to get good intelligence, the food , that very complimentary statements were made by some high profile Eventers.
The very friendly environment kept me going all day and I enjoyed meeting some familiar and some new faces throughout the event.
The official photographer http://www.dorsetphotoevent.co.uk/ had and impressive number of cameras out covering all the action and I hope the competitors will be able to find the momento of their day from them.
Best wishes and I hope you enjoy my photos of sundays action,
