The Holland Cooper team have had a busy time attending shows including both Badminton and Windsor.   Our first event of the month was the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials, were we were delighted to showcase our brand new stand for the first time.  Badminton was very exciting for us as there were a number of competitors looking fabulous in our pieces in the infamous Badminton trot up on the Wednesday.

Laura Collett looked great in our new Gold Label Fur Cape in Tawny.  Laura wore the petite version of
the cape, which is perfect for ladies who are 5’4 and under.   For the vets inspection on the Sunday, Laura chose our nude tweed and fur wrap. She then paired it with our brown trilby hat, which was perfect for the unfortunate rain shower that hit the trot up.

One of the highlights for the team was Zara Tindall, who looked stunning in our Limited Edition Houndstooth cape.  We were delighted that Zara chose to support British manufacturing when she chose Holland Cooper as her brand of choice for the trot up. For Sundays vet inspection, Zara chose our tweed and leather cape in charcoal, which looked great on her.

With her fantastic horse, Chequers Playboy, Dee Hankey looked amazing in our new Gold Label biker jacket in deep navy at the trot up.  Trimmed with silver fox fur, this jacket is the epitome of British made excellence.   With two horses entered, Sarah Bullimore chose our duke cashmere and merino blend Gold Label Fur Cape.

One of the biggest talking points of the week was Ben Hobday.  Ben looked dapper in his wren two-pieceIMG_0971 suit for Wednesdays trot up.  Ben was kind enough to come to the stand on Friday to do a signing.  The response was great and we had a large crowd turn up at the stand.  It was great for all his supporters to come and get a photo with him!

The event was great for us and received a great response to the new pieces in the collection that we brought along to the event.  One of which was our new zip cape in tawny, which is the perfect piece for summer as it is very light and is very versatile as a fur collar can be added as a option.  This was perfect for the hot weather, which we were graced with during the week.

We set down the stand on Sunday night after the competition had finished, then had a quick turn around before heading off to the Royal Windsor Show on Tuesday.

With the first day being cancelled due to heavy rain all day Tuesday and throughout the night.   It was obviously very disappointing, but we just hoped that the rest of the week wouldn’t be cancelled as well.  Luckily the weather picked up and the rest of the week the sun was out.

At both events, we received a great turnout to the stand.  It was great to catch up with so many familiar faces as well as meeting those who are discovering the brand for the first time.
