Haygain® is delighted to announce their sponsorship of the CIC3* class at the Fernhill Sport Horses Kilguikey House International Horse Trials in Co. Cork, Ireland on the 2nd and 3rd July 2016.
Owners of Kilguikey House, Danny and Michelle Dulohery have put significant effort into developing their home into a state-of-the-art equestrian facility making it one of the finest events on Irish soil; in 2014, Kilguilkey International was voted the best two-star event by Eventing Ireland. This year will be the first time that this venue hosts a CIC3* and the legendary Mike Etherington-Smith (GBR) is the course designer and he has promised to deliver flowing tracks that will be built up to height and provide the perfect stepping stone towards CCI level.
There is free stabling for those competitors travelling from overseas and a ferry discount is available. Entries can be made through the Eventing Ireland website before 20th June. The provisional timetable and further information is available on www.kilguilkeyhouse.com.
Haygain® offers a range of scientifically proven hay steamers that eliminate respirable dust in hay and haylage by killing mould spores and bacteria to produce hygienically clean forage and thus aid in the prevention and management of respiratory conditions. By steaming hay and haylage to ultra-high temperatures, the patented Haygain® steamer produces highly-palatable forage that is fragrant and appetising and – unlike soaking – steaming ensures that the essential nutrients are retained within the hay.
Haygain’s Director of Marketing, Déborrah Flament commented “Haygain is proud to sponsor the exciting 3* international class at Kilguikey House, an event that is immensely popular with both Irish and international competitors. We are looking forward to a fantastic weekend in Co. Cork, experiencing the warm Irish hospitality and a very competitive three star class”.
