HANNAH TOWNLEY – Badminton was great as it is my aim for 2019 to qualify for the Grass Roots Championship

May got off to a great start with a trip to Badminton Horse Trials. I went up on Sunday to watch my old boss Alex Bragg show jump. Alex has always been a huge inspiration to me, he is a fantastic cross county rider and it is really good to see him competing at this level. Watching the last 20 riders jump in the grandstand was so tense, as we got down to the last 3 riders, everyone was on the edge of their seats, you could hear a pin drop!! So exciting and such a great result for Jonelle ... Read More

Eventing Worldwide caught up with Supported Rider Hannah Townley after Pontispool and a second place

What a way to finish the long Bank Holiday weekend by coming second in the BE90 at Pontispool.  To say it was hot was an understatement and even for my test at 8.26am we were both melting!! So, where it had gone hard it really suited him so he managed to do a really relaxed test for him. It was quite weird to ride as I am used to him barrelling round at 100 miles per hour. I was pleased with it despite him breaking in the free walk where I came back ... Read More

Introducing our competition winner HANNAH TOWNLEY

Hannah Townley is our lucky competiton winner and our 4th Supported Rider this season. Rhingo (aka SuperCob) had been on loan to her since 2013 and when the opportunity came up to buy him in 2016 Hannah jumped at the chance.   Rhingo is bursting with ... Read More
