ANDREAS DIBOWSKI FINSHES 2018 AS NUMBER 1 RIDER IN GERMAN NATIONAL RANKINGS

German event rider Andreas Dibowski has finished the year as the number one rider in the German national rankings.

Dibowski amassed 27,938 points and currently has more three and four-star horses than any

other German eventing rider. He won CIC*** classes at Strzegorm and Baborowko as well as 21 top ten international placings.

He is followed by his World Championship team-mate Julia Krajewski who struck a winning streak with her horses gaining a total of 20,057 points. Krawjewski win the FEI Nations Cup at Boekelo, Waregem and Aachen, the CIC*** at Luhmuhlen and the CCI*** at Bramham with seven international wins to her name.

Ingrid Klimke, who won the seven-year-old championship at Le Lion and a bronze medal at the World Equestrian Games, ranked third with 19,812 points. Underlining her versatility as a rider Klimke amassed 38,614 points in the dressage rankings to finish the year in 11th. Last year’s leading rider Michael Jung ranked fourth (17,665 points).
