The inaugural Equestrian Employers Conference has been hailed a success.
The symposium, hosted by the Equestrian Employers Association (EEA) at the end of February, invited a wide variety of leading specialists who covered topical subjects ranging from protecting your business and how to be compliant, to achieving good employment practice.
The day provided an opportunity for employers to voice concerns, which lead to interesting and thought-provoking discussions from the conference floor.
Tullis Matson, President of the Equestrian Employers Association, said: “This Conference has brought equestrian employers together. The feedback from delegates has been extremely positive. The day has provided a platform for frank discussions.”
One delegate said “It’s been really educational and interesting. As an employer in the equestrian industry this event has made me realise that you are not alone with the challenges that we all encounter, and that there is help and support available.”
