All 78 horses passed the first horse inspection at this year’s Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials and go through to the dressage phase.
There was an anxious moment for British Tom Crisp who was sent to the holding box with Coolys Luxury, but the pair were accepted on representing to the ground jury.
The HiHo Silver best dressed man went to Italian rider Giovanni Ugolitti who presented his horse Cult Rewind in his Italian uniform while best dressed lady went to Louise Harwood dressed in Holland Cooper jacket and two tone Fairfax and Favor boots.
Holland Cooper along with Fairfax and Favor dominated this years fashion.
Our favourite this year had to be the the lime green trousers worn by Harry Mead.
Tomorrow’s dressage starts at 9.30am. The first competitor into the arena will be Caroline Powell of New Zealand with Up Up and Away.
