Its been 12 Days since the Grassroots Championships at Badminton and my feet are just about back on the ground! Welham Lane is fine; the whole experience has left him feeling fit and happy and in no way showing his tender age of 18 years. [Additional content protected for Members only]
It’s all over

Whew, it’s all over and I finished 21st out of 100. Slightly disappointed that I missed out on a rosette as they went to 20th however I received a lovely Badminton plaque for completing and many happy memories. [Additional content protected for Members only]

The final countdown

Well what a hectic month since Oasby. Fortunately Welham Lane has made a full recovery and is definitely back on track for the Grassroots Final. The vet still can’t really establish what was wrong with him, we are putting it down to an unexplained virus. [Additional content protected for Members only]
