About EWW

Eventing Worldwide has long been a leading name as an eventing news service. The site was originally established by Hilary Manners, who took it from a concept to the most comprehensive event reporting service in the market.

In July 2011 Eventing Worldwide was purchased by EW Sporting Limited and is now operated by it’s Directors Paul White and Louise Elliott.

Since the age of 16 Paul has assisted with British Eventing accredited horse trials and whilst at University, regularly called on friends who were happy to help out with the events in return for the promise of a good weekend.

The Directors were both representatives of the Students Union at Harper Adams University College and became good friends, and so Paul called on Louise for help at his own Horse Trials during his final year at University. They began to work closely on events and saw a niche in the market. At Christmas 2010, Paul’s entrepreneurial streak led him to move back to Lancashire and pursue his dream of having his own business and EW Sporting was formed, focussed on creative outdoor events, athlete management and public relations.

With the acquisition of Eventing Worldwide, the team now intend to build on the strong foundations of the established business and ensure it thrives as a market leader for eventing news.
